2025/10/27 12:00 CEST – Maintenance is over

All maintenance procedures were taken and resilience worked fine in the last 2 days. So I am marking this incident as finished.

2025/10/25 ~19:00 CEST – Site Restored

Operations have returned to normal.

We released disk space on the production server, which restored normal service. Some of the released space is temporary, but this should not affect production in the short term.

We are closely monitoring disk usage and performing maintenance tasks to permanently reduce total disk consumption. These procedures (packing data, re-copying temporarily removed files, etc.) may take a few hours. The incident will remain open until all maintenance operations are completed.

2025/10/25 ~18:30 CEST – Investigation Started

The issue was reported and investigation began. As it occurred during the weekend, it went unnoticed for some time before being reported.

2025/10/25 09:30 CEST – Initial Detection

A lack of disk space was detected on the Rapid.Space production master, partially affecting services—especially those requiring data writes.

No data loss occurred. Some write operations were temporarily blocked until sufficient disk space was released.
